Early-access testing
A careful pilot.
Clear expectations.
Open Potential is being tested with a limited number of families. Features, lesson availability and service limits may change as evidence and feedback are reviewed.
Parent responsibility
A parent or responsible adult creates learner profiles, selects subjects, checks suitability and oversees learning. Open Potential supports home learning but does not replace a parent’s legal responsibilities or professional educational, medical or safeguarding advice.
Learning content
Lessons are reviewed before publication, but parents should still consider whether an activity is suitable for their child, home and available equipment. External resources remain subject to their provider’s terms.
Testing feedback
Families may report accessibility, lesson or technical issues. Feedback can be used to improve the service, but personal medical reports should not be submitted through public forms.
Availability
Testing access may be paused for maintenance, safety, quality review or capacity control. Important learner work should be downloaded or printed where a family needs a separate record.
